Returns & Exchanges:

The SIMS Guarantee - We are confident in the quality of our merchandise, that we guarantee your satisfaction. If your merchandise is damaged, due to a manufactures' defect within one year from the date of purchase, we will be happy to repair your item. This guarantee is valid with the original product owner and does not apply to normal wear and tear.

Jewelry includes 1 year warranty, Sterling Silver Filled includes a 3 year warranty, Sterling Silver Jewelry includes Lifetime Warranty ( excluding wear and tear) including clasps, loops, etc as we want you to be thrilled with your jewelry for year's!

Exchanges

We will be glad to offer an exchange for any item that you are not happy with. You MUST email simsjewelry@gmail.com for confirmation prior to returning any item within 20 days of the shipping date. Ensure your include the alternate item you would like. Return the item in its original unused condition (including attached tags) with a return address clearly marked on the package and a copy of the invoice. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Any jewelry returned damaged will not be accepted. We recommend using the original packing materials and insuring the item. If, however, an item is damaged in route to you, please notify us immediately and we will arrange to have the damaged item picked up and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
